Even if people already registered at the swim center, you still need to fill out this online form so that the Team has your family on record with the Team management. Particularly, the coach will need your family phone number and email address to call or confirm if your swimmer will swim in A Meet. If you have not registered at the swim center, it's recommended that you first fill out this form, print it out, and bring it to the swim center to register and pay the fees. | |

The Friday Sundeck Party volunteer sign-up is being coordinated by Tracy Odim. Parents who want to sign up for a job or want to change a job should contact her directly. For those parents who signed up online already may refer to this sheet to see what job(s) they signed up for. Tracy will consolidate both online sign-up and paper sign-up and provide an overall sign-up roster to the team. Any questions regarding volunteering for the Friday parties should be directed to Tracy. |

Even though A Meet swimmers are assigned by the head coach, swimmers need to fill out this confirmation form to notify the coach their availability to swim. If the coach does not see your online confirmation by Thursday midnight nor your reply to the coach's phone call or email by Friday noon, your spot in that week’s A Meet could be forfeited and replaced with another swimmer. Please check the A Meet Line-up sheet at the bulletin board or at the website to see which events you’re scheduled to swim. | |
| All families are asked to serve as volunteers in at least five meets. Open the sheet and put down your name for a position for any of the meets that is highlighted. Certified Positions must be filled by parents with valid certification for 2010. Even if you have been asked by the rep to serve a role, you should still put your name here so that other people can see the position is already taken and so that the team has a record of volunteering parents. Families with high frequency of volunteering will be recognized at the End-of-Season Banquet. School students of 5th and above grades can earn SSL hours by volunteering for the Rays. If you change your mind about your sign-up, you can come back and revise. Please do not leave the position you have signed up vacant again on the day before the meet as it would be difficult for the team to find a substitute in short notice, unless you take the initiative of finding another parent to replace you. The line-up sheet and the paper sign-up form will be posted at the Rays bulletin board as in prior years. However, this form is provided as a convenience for families to sign up without coming to the center. If your swimmer is selected to swim in A Meet, the coach will call or email you. Replacements for A Meet will be selected only from B Meet swimmers who signed up by Monday midnight. Before signup, please refer to the B Meet Line-up sheet for your swimmer's eligible events. |
